JOB SUMMARYThe F&B Specialist Trainer is required to coordinate and be responsible for all training activities which shall include; planning of training, implementation of training, evaluation of training, and getting feedback on training. Be part of audit inspection to ensure consistency in standards, Service excellence, Product knowledge, and Techniques skill. He / She will spend 70% on creating and facilitating training, observing service standards, coaching and guiding staff, and ensuring the consistency of the Quality Management System. The other 30% will be spent on operations should it be required. The schedule will be the responsibility of the Training Supervisor in alignment with the F&B Manager.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
