Roles & Responsibilities
F&B Supervisor / Service Crew (Western Bistro)
Reports to Manager and Management
Incumbent needs to perform shift work and work on weekends & Public Holidays.
Serving of food and beverage to customer
Assist in taking customer orders when assigned by Manager
Ensure cleanliness and overall housekeeping of the outlet
Handle customer service enquiries and feedback
Cashiering duties
Any duties as assigned by the Management from time to time, including assisting or being tasked to handle other outlet’s duties
