Job Description

The successful candidate will join Fare Management unit in SIA Pricing & Merchandising department and be part of the team to drive sales revenue for SIA.Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for working with pricing teams in SIA Head Office and overseas stations to implement and deliver all commercial airfares and ancillaries for SIA.
• Collaborate with multiple teams within SIA, such as website/mobile app team, distribution team and contact centres, to drive SIA airfares pricing, filing and distribution on Singapore Airlines website/mobile app, external Global Distribution Systems (GDSs) and other sales channels.
• Manage contracted vendors to achieve quick and accuracy filing implementation of SIA airfares and maintain price competitiveness for SIA.
• Participate in IT projects to develop new digital tools for fare filing and automation of internal work processes.
• Work with airline industry stakeholders, such as International Air Transport Association (IATA), Airline Tariff Publishing Company (ATPCO) and Amadeus, on airline tariffs and fare management matters.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of airline industry pricing, tariff and distribution would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ATPCO and fare-filing of airfares is a plus.
• Critical thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent in organising complex and inter-related datasets.
• Creative problem-solving capabilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Possesses an eager to learn attitude.
