We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience by assisting customers, maintaining the store's visual standards, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner
Provide product knowledge and styling advice to help customers make informed purchases
Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and visual merchandising standards
Restock shelves, manage inventory, and process deliveries
Support store events and promotions
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to work flexible hours, including Saturday and holidays

Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
