Job description:- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.- Ensure work efficiency and meet sales goals and targets.- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.- Provide styling advice and recommendations for customers.- Manage stock replenishment and ensure sufficient stock level.- Manage customer transactions and loyalty upon customers' payment.Job requirements:- 1 year experience in fashion retail preferred.- Strong interest in fashion and well-groomed.- Sales driven with high integrity, independent and customer-orientated.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, weekends and public holidays.Work Locations (1 out of 2):- Bugis Junction- Jewel Changi AirportWork Schedule : 5 days per week, including 1 day during weekends.Working Hours:- Monday to Thursday 11.30pm - 9pm- Friday to Sunday 11am - 9.30pm- 2 breaks per day, 1h per break for lunch/dinner.Commitment: Minimum 1 year.Perks (upon confirmation):- Birthday leave.- Uniform allowance.- Medical allowance.- Attractive staff discounts.- Complimentary shopping credits.
