CUSTOMER NEEDS
- Continuously seek information to improve the vendor experience and makes recommendations to the existing process.
- Manage the set-up of vendor marketing campaigns and conduct post-campaign evaluation.
- Implement promotional programs for vendor(s)
- Support on obtaining deals & promotions for events.
- Source new products and assist vendor(s) in product creation.
- Create and manage vendor accounts and contractual agreements per SOP.
- Drive financial governance with vendors
- Educate vendor (s) on tools, processes & resources.
- Fix product defects.
- Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance.
- Bachelor\'s degree in business/ marketing or related fields
- Previous experience as Brand Specialist or Customer Service Associate strongly preferred.
- 6 months - 2 years of relevant work experience in working with data
- Basic excel knowledge, well-versed in Pivot Table / vlookup
- SQL / Power BI ++
