We're looking for an

Administrative Executive

to support our general operations and bookkeeping. You'll play a key role in keeping our back-end operations smooth and well-organised, contributing to the daily success of our F&B business.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing into systems, ensuring accessibility and document accuracy. Handle and process orders from our F&B outlets and corporate clients. Prepare, submit, and track F&B-related applications and renewals on relevant Singapore government portals (e.g., licensing and compliance). Provide general administrative support to the team and undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

Basic accounting knowledge is required. Capable of independently managing daily admin and basic accounting duties. Minimum qualification: Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Administrative experience in the F&B industry will be an advantage. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Meticulous, organised, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Fresh graduates or experienced individuals without formal qualifications are welcome to apply if they demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
