As a Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Kaseiki counter, Sashimi and Sushi expert, controlling kitchen cost, ensuring safety and hygiene, and supervising the kitchen staff to achieve P&L targets. The role also involves overseeing the implementation of processes and guidelines in Kitchen Operations, ensuring quality menu delivery, and managing food cost and inventory.
