Assisting the Director of Restaurants, outlet Managers in daily operations and administrative tasks
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assisting the Director Restaurants, Restaurant Managers in daily operations and administrative tasks
2. Tracking Hotel and/or F&B initiatives and updating them on timely basis.
3. Preparing Guests Comment Card analysis and send mail to thank the guests.
4. Updating the F&B Balanced Scorecard and monthly reporting data.
5. Compiling monthly Brand Standard Audit.
6. Assist in stationery ordering and inventory.
7. Maintain and assist with the outlets check book accounting.
8. Process monthly F&B Accruals.
9. Planning weekly/monthly meetings schedules for the F&B team.
10. Data entry and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
11. Record and mail out all Minutes for F&B and Promotion meetings.
12. Printing of outlets related menus.
13. Issuing F&B gift certificates with authorizations.
14. Collate all relevant F&B reports for DOR on daily/weekly basis.
15. Manage outlets Managers attendance to payroll and weekly rosters.
16. Responsible for Menu Engineering reports for outlets.
17. Assist in preparing the outlets monthly Logbook.
18. Handle telephone enquiry and guest complaints.
19. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
