Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to dine in customers
- Assist customer in order placing, suggest daily specials to customer
- Consistently familiarize with the menu items, special promotions and offers to cross sell food products to consumers
- Resolve any customer complaints or issue arise, escalate to the right person when needed
- Maintain restaurant and dining area\'s cleanliness
- Perform cashiering duties
- Liaise with the kitchen team or other relevant parties to ensure operation smoothness
- Adhere to proper safety and hygiene procedures
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
- A professional education certification in any field
- Minimum 1 year of working experience from Servicing field
- Passionate in Hospitality/Servicing field, excellent communicator
- Independent, resilient, and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Central
- Retail working hours, 5 days work week
- Salary uo to $3200 + Bonus
