Liaise with customer or salesperson on all no stock situation & offer alternatives for consideration as well as butcher production limitations. Liaising with food suppliers for order fulfilments. Communicate well & handle customers' follow-ups in a professional level. Order processing from foodservice customers. Responsible for training -implement involvement in food safety training for food handler Manage and supervise the food & beverage staff to ensure that the outlet is operated efficiently and follow standard operating procedure (SOP) Work closely with service crew and the kitchen to maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety Support other responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in relevant field. Proficient in English Filipino (Tagalog) is strongly preferred. As company plan to expand in Philippines Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written excellent telephone etiquette. Proven experience in front of house food & beverage or customer service is an advantage. Basic knowledge on usage of POS system will be good but not necessary as training will be provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Resourceful and quick thinking to respond to situation Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
