We are looking for a F&B Floor Supervisor to join our team!

We are currently seeking team members to join our team at a beach club on Sentosa Island. Our establishment offers visitors a range of exciting leisure activities and experiences not commonly found in Singapore. We also provide unique dining experiences at a terraced beach club, providing the perfect setting for friends and families to enjoy island vibes. As the F&B Floor Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, bar, or caf\xc3\xa9 floor, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Provide high-quality service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Supervise and manage the F&B team, ensuring consistent, friendly, and efficient service.
• Assist in staff training and development, fostering a positive and motivated team environment.
• Collaborate with the F&B Manager and culinary team to uphold food and beverage quality standards.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Food & Beverage operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Possesses strong leadership and communication skills to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Has experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of guest service standards and best practices.
• Is willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
