Job Description

Job Title: F&B Head Chef We are seeking an experienced and passionate F&B Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all food and beverage operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and motivating a team of chefs, creating innovative and high-quality menus, and maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene and safety. Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers, while maintaining profitability and cost control
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and development
• Ensure that all food production processes are in compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage services
• Develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality ingredients and cost-effective sourcing
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Monitor and control food waste and kitchen expenses
• Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and innovations, and incorporate them into our menus

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar position
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of diverse cuisines
• Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
