We are looking for a F&B Hostess to join our team!
The Palawan @ Sentosa is the Shangri-La Group\xe2\x80\x99s first lifestyle and entertainment precinct on Sentosa Island in Singapore. Designed for visitors to explore, play and bond, the iconic beach playground will be home to several new-to-Singapore leisure activities such as gamified electric go-karting and a floating aqua park. Enjoy unique dining experiences at a terraced beach club, a family beach club and gourmet food trucks poised to provide delicious fare along with the perfect setting for friends and families to relish island vibes.
As the F&B Hostess, we rely on you to:
- Greet and welcome guests to the venue with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage guest reservations, ensuring accurate bookings and effective table allocation.
- Provide high-quality service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the venue, ensuring cleanliness and comfort.
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a welcoming and friendly demeanor.
- Has experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment, preferably in a hostess role.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Is willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
