Job Description


Assist Station-in-charge in specific sections:



  • Conducting stock-take of ingredients



  • Preparing and ensuring the sufficiency of ingredients



  • Preparing food, stocks and soups for lunch and dinner



  • Ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards within the company guidelines



\xc2\xa7 Assist Station-in-charge in specific sections:



  • Preparing lunch and dinner dishes



  • Ensure dishes look appealing and appetising



  • Ensuring that there is no cross-contamination of foods



\xc2\xa7 Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after dinner



Report any defects in machinery and equipment to the Kitchen Manager



\xc2\xa7 Passion to cook



\xc2\xa7 Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure



\xc2\xa7 Positive attitude



\xc2\xa7 Willingness to learn



\xc2\xa7 Able to work in a team



\xc2\xa7 High standard of personal hygiene
