• Working days & hours : 5 days (Rotate Shift) 10hrs/day
• Location: Islandwide
• Salary: Basic $3000 + Incentives (Monthly)

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Restaurant Manager or management staff appointed by the Company.
• Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant.
• Deputize in the absence of the Managers.
• Supervise a team of service crew to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Handle cashiering duties and banking duties.
• Conduct interviews for new hires.
• Guide and train new/existing Service Crew.
• Constantly motivate and cultivate team spirit.
• Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers
• Help prepare and clear the tables for restaurant patrons
• Attend and respond to customers\' needs promptly and professionally
• Assist in the serving of the menu-items to restaurant patrons at their seats
• Ensure the smooth operations of the restaurant
• Adhere to company\'s standard operating procedures
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Continuously obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
• Attend to customer complaints, if any.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in monitoring labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take.
• Adhere to the Company\'s standard operating procedures.
• Perform any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
