Qualification and Requirements:
Minimum Degree Holder (fresh graduate)
Positive character with amiable disposition
No experience required as we will carry out in house trainings
Good teamwork and leadership skills
Able to communicate fluent in English and Mandarin
Able to handle and excel in a face-paced environment
Strive and initiative to problem solve to deliver task with required standards
Capable to deliver sincere, excellent service and approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words
Working hours: 6 days week (10am to 10pm with 3 hours break)
Off day per week during weekday only.

Responsibility
As a Management Trainee, you will be working closely with our Outlet Head, and Service staff to ensure smooth daily operations during the trainings. You will be exposed to different aspects of the F&B business and work on improving each area from different angles. The management trainee program will last for a period of 1 year plus, exposing you to different works in the operations, while working hand in hand with the Management Team to push the business to greater height.
