Restaurant Manager

to lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.


Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards. Manage and train service staff to deliver excellent customer experience. Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and manpower planning. Monitor inventory, stock control, and supplier orders. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations (e.g., SFA, NEA). Manage customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and consistency. Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and cost control measures. Prepare daily sales reports and assist in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements



Diploma or higher in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B management. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations, service flow, and staff supervision. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and in a fast-paced environment.
