Job duties include: 1. Kiosk Operations a. Serve desserts to customers ( scooping of desired ingredients) - *Eg: Yole/Llao Llao\'s concept b. Ensure sufficient stock of food ingredients for daily production. c. Ensures that all products used for dishes are of a high standard. d. Liaise with in-house and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of all orders e. Ensure that the work station is set up and close according to store opening and store closing standard operating procedures f. Ensure up to date sales and inventory reporting 2. Inventory Management a. Maintain a checklist of store inventory required at the respective outlets b. Arrange for daily or weekly stock replenishment to respective outlets c. Responsible for monthly stock take and accuracy in inventory reports d. Management inventory of ingredients, ordering and replacement of stock 3. Scheduling a. Train part-timers on standard operating procedures and service standards b. Scheduling of part-timers to shifts Requirements
