Job Description

Our Client is looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join their team as a F&B Operations Trainer. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that the employees are well-trained, equipped with the necessary skills, and consistently delivering exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities:

• Implement and deliver the company\'s comprehensive training programs for employees across Outlets, Processing, and the Central Kitchen, focusing on enhancing service standards and job-specific skills.
• Conduct training sessions on Food Safety Hygiene Level 1, adhering to established curriculum and learning objectives.
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and visual aids to support the training programs, including SCORM-compliant digital content and performing courseware testing in LMS.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date, reflecting industry trends, company policies, and service standards.
• Facilitate interactive learning experiences and practical demonstrations to deepen participant understanding.
• Assess participant learning through evaluations and practical assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance and assessment results.
• Prepare and compile training-related reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) or ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) certification.
• Certification in Food Safety Hygiene Levels 1 and 3.
• Experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage training schedules and materials.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and working under pressure.
