We create solutions with plant-based ingredient that reduces sugar and carbohydrates, lowers the glycemic index (GI) while increasing fibre, protein and other nutrients in a wide application of food and beverages, while improving gut and metabolic health. Our plant-based technology, Alchemy Fibre and Alchemy SweetFibre are patented in 20 countries worldwide, and reaching markets such as Singapore, China, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines. Working extensively with food manufacturing and food service businesses, were on a mission to make a positive impact on peoples health one bite at a time. Lets Make Carbs Good together!We are looking for F&B Product Development InternRoles and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assisting to develop new products in beverages and bakery
• Apply Alchemy Fibre and SweetFibre in these products
• Perform sensory evaluation
• Develop new recipes

Requirements:

• Singaporean/SPR
• Currently studying culinary science, food science or related fields
• Diploma or degree
• Able to start in November/December and commit at least 3 months is preferred
