Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store, providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with them
• Help customers navigate the store and find the products they are looking for, providing information about the chocolate flavors, ingredients, and manufacturing processes
• Offer product samples to customers and encourage them to try new flavors or products
• Assist customers with their purchases, processing sales transactions, handling cash and card payments, and providing gift-wrapping services
• Maintain knowledge of the store\'s inventory levels, pricing, and promotions, and assist with inventory management tasks, such as restocking and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other sales assistants and team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive customer experience
• Participate in store merchandising activities, such as arranging products on shelves and displays, and updating signage and promotions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, addressing any issues promptly and professionally, and escalating them to management as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales area, storage rooms, and customer areas
• Attend training sessions and meetings to learn about new products and sales strategies, and share feedback and insights with colleagues and management.
