The Role

Position summary statement:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Sales Manager is responsible for planning and driving the overall F&B outlets group booking revenue. To be in tune with market strategies and ensuring that revenue is optimized and strategically planned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving the overall F&B outlets group booking revenue.
• The main focus is to drive group booking across all F&B outlets namely Ginger, Si Chuan Dou Hua and Club 5.
• The F&B Sales Manager shall work closely with the F&B team on all festive season food and beverage offerings not limited to the following - Chinese New Year, Rice Dumplings/Dragon Boat Festival, Mooncake/Mid-Autumn Festival, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
• The F&B Sales Manager ensures that all customer facing communications are in line with overall strategy for financial and operational goals.
• As part of developing the department and growing overall revenue, work closely with the Outlet Managers to ensure all communication are aligned to customer request and expectation.
• To be aware of competitors in the market and complete a competition analysis on pricing comparison.
• To lead by example and to have a \xe2\x80\x9chands on\xe2\x80\x9d approach to motivate our associates to excel.
• To prepare and be accountable for profit & loss account.
• To carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas and restaurant.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management.

• Minimum GCE "O" Level Certification
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
• Good spoken and written skills in English

• Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organisation
• Team player & able to work with deadline
