Tigerlily Patisserie is a local cafe situated at the heart of Joo Chiat. Helmed by Chef Maxine Ngooi, it serves thoughfully crafted pastries and bakes with an Asian flair. What you'll be doing: Assist the Outlet Manager with the daily opening and closing of the outlet Build and maintain excellent relationship with guests Make menu recommendations and upsell with extensive menu knowledge Take orders and special requests from guests, deliver meals and beverages to tables in a timely manner Ensure that sanitation of the floor and safety standards are observed and comply with local regulations Collaborate with the team developing and executing plans to achieve monthly targets What we look for in candidates: Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude Team player Strong commitment to succeed To succeed in this role, you should enjoy: Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown Grabbing the bull by its horns, taking challenges head on and not back away Owning your work Honing their craft to be a culinary professional Having a high level of service standard and understands the importance of the guest experience The blood, sweat, and beers Full-time and part-time positions available.
