Job Description
s: * Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu * Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system * Ensure quality service in the dining a s: Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the menu Take orders and send them to kitchen staff through the POS system Ensure quality service in the dining area and serve meals Prepare drinks order Perform food delivery Perform cashiering function and balance daily transactions Handle telephone inquiries and make reservations Assist customers with their internet access requirements Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor Maintain the customer satisfaction level at the Company's target(s) set from time to time and conduct continual improvement to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level. Job Requirements: Preferably with relevant experience Be polite, creative, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure Can start immediately, be willing to perform shift work and work on weekends and Public Holidays Willing to undergo ART swab test on weekly basis
