located at Fortune Centre, looking for passionate and responsible individuals to join our front-of-house team!

Position: F&B Service Staff

Working Hours:

5 days/week

44 hours per week

(in accordance with MOM regulations)

Overtime pay

will be provided for hours beyond 44/week

Job Scope:

Customer Service:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude Present menus and make recommendations on food and beverages Take and relay accurate food and drink orders to the kitchen/bar

Service Operations:

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally Clear and reset tables efficiently Handle customer inquiries or feedback with courtesy and professionalism Assist with cashiering duties using POS system

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas Ensure tables, utensils, and menus are clean and presentable Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

Team Support:

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations Assist in opening and closing duties (e.g., setup, cleaning) Support team members during peak hours
