• Position: F&B Supervisor \xef\xbc\x88hong kong style dessert)
• Pay Range: $3000-3300
• Working Hour : 5656 work week, 6days off monthly,10am-10pm
• Location : East Coast Road (Near Marine Parade)

Job Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Preparation for opening and closing of shop\xe2\x97\x8f Weekly/ monthly inventory reporting\xe2\x97\x8f Implement, enforce and maintain brand and outlet SOPs to enhance productivity and service qualityacross all outlets\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards\xe2\x97\x8f Daily sales reporting to F&B Operation Manager\xe2\x97\x8f Run basic SOP training for untrained part-timers\xe2\x97\x8f Handle staff grievances and staff monthly roster\xe2\x97\x8f Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionallyJob Requirements:\xe2\x97\x8f Min 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory role in F&B environmentTAN LEE XIAN Reg No: R24123487
