Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/food service area to ensure smooth workflow. Supervise and guide service staff, assign duties, and ensure high service standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; assist in ordering and stock control. Train new staff on service procedures, customer service, and company policies. Coordinate between kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing manpower needs. Prepare daily sales reports and assist with cashiering when necessary.

Job Requirements:



Previous experience in F&B / hospitality or supervisory role preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work in fast-paced environments and handle customer issues calmly. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. * Good team player with a positive attitude.
