Work with clients to understand business processes and gather requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Support solution design by liaising between business users and technical teams.
Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements or solutions.
Create and maintain functional documentation.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Develop and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements.
Conduct various types of testing: system, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression.
Manage defect lifecycle: raise, track, and retest fixes.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and comply with quality standards.
Collaborate with users to facilitate UAT and obtain sign-offs.
Project Delivery & Support
Assist in deployment and post-go-live support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Provide input for effort estimation and timeline planning.
Work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant working experience
Top 3 Must have skills / Primary skills 1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication. 3. Stakeholder management and facilitation skills. 4. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 6. Financial or SAP experience/background is preferred. Good to have skills (Optional)
Experience in a similar functional role
Experience in SDLC, Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, TestRail, or equivalent.
Efficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (e.g., executive-level presentation design).
