The objective of the role is to focus on company\'s F&DS (Food and Dairy System) Product Line and Application support in APAC, by providing the sales teams with accurate technical solutions, product line information, and product line training. In short, activities that grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing process steps to determine if they add value and demonstrate how they add value to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for upholding process for Technical and Commercial reviews including Prospect Review and Pre-Negotiation
• Responsible for generating sales material to help the Sales Network for more self-sufficient in selling.
• Responsible for generating \xe2\x80\x9cProven Product/Solutions\xe2\x80\x9d and publishing sales support material for the product line.
• Responsible for formalizing and consulting on best practices for line startups and operations during the commissioning phase.
• Responsible for driving continuous improvement by visioning a big picture of the product line.
• Collaborate with R&D and design engineers on new development opportunities to ensure equipment delivers optimal market value proposition.
• Communicate to stakeholders and effectively inform and consult to the Sales Network on product line value proposition with a focus on customers.
• Formalize and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) for customer trials, product tests, and events.
• Initiate and perform lab tests and field tests to build approved product data.
• Build and maintain product line Knowledge Information System (Technical Products Information, Proven Solutions, Pricing, Price lists, Case Studies).
• Participate in customer visits, negotiations, and technical application meetings.
• Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 products position.
• Research customer requirements and generate proven solutions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Food Science
• Very Good in English communication
• Able to travel 50%
• Able to work on flexible hours or according to business\xe2\x80\x99s request
• Experience in working in an international environment and communicating across multiple cultures
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in working in food processing equipment supply chain, preferably 10 years in similar food industry
• Experience in formalizing application/system/documentation e.g. quotes, contracts, price list, knowledge sharing systems
• Independent and self-motivated to work and learn on the job
• Be able to enforce discipline with daily loose and hard controls
