Job Description

The candidate is under direction of Front END Manufacturing Operation & Sustaining team and belongs to AMS Analog organization, in the context of the stimulating, guaranteed and continuously improving of AMS Analog business with increasing of FE manufacturing key projects in ASIA PAC region.

The candidate is in charge of:

MRB support @ ASIA PAC region for fast and safe material disposition avoid any bottle neck to supply chain
Engineering interface with FABs (internal & external) at ASIA PAC region
Production monitoring : Yield & data Analysis
Manufacturing & Products Industrialization- Statistical report
Engineering Support to Production department ( EWS& FT)

Transfer activities techno/product vs Internal Fabs or Subcon: support and industrialization ramp up to request MAT (process/ product) Yield & data Analysis (Statistical report, yield analysis, Pareto diagram, yield detractors analysis, etc )

FABs control : excursions management & process improvement

The selected candidate will contribute to maximize the manufacturing margin, cost efficiency , SFV in line with the defined targets. To deliver to manufacturing and grant robust manufacturing processes responding to deadlines, quality

They will have mainly interface with:
Production plants (internal and external)
Fabs (Front-end manufacturing) (internal & external)
Sustaining & Product engineering Teams, Product Eng team, Design team, WFO team and PQA team

Profile

Master degree in engineering ( electronic or similar) or physics (Materials and Semiconductor Physics Knowledge), Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Initiative and autonomy, Priority Management, Team working

Years of Experience:
6 years better if past experience in a FAB as device engineer and/or as Operations Support / New product introduction

Deep knowledge of BCD6xxx , BCD8xxx, H9/CMOS process and technologies;

Adequate knowledge of EWS and testing platforms and testing methodologies of BCD Products

Proactivity, problem solving attitude and result orientation

Communication, Persuasiveness and Negotiation

Fluent English
