Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute new business development plans to grow revenue in assigned markets. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities; build relationships with potential clients and partners. Collaborate across teams--including Marketing, Product, Operations--to align offerings with market needs. Conduct market research: assess competitive landscape, market trends, customer needs. Prepare proposals/presentations to senior management and clients in Japanese, Chinese where required. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.



Requirements



Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. At least

Ferrous Metal Trade

working experience (i.e. managing new business / key account development). Strong language skills in (spoken & written) are required, Multi language skills are highly welcome Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically. * Strong networking skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
