About the Role:

1. Research & Planning:
Assist in research, planning, and festival activities for the Singapore Night Festival (SNF).

2. Operational Coordination and Execution:
Coordinate with festival artists and stakeholders, and support the operational needs and execution of festival programmes and event management, including vendor and partner sourcing and liaising with external agencies.

3. Stakeholder Relations:
Support stakeholder relations for SNF, including managing official communication platforms such as the festival\xe2\x80\x99s inbox and organising volunteer management and stakeholder engagement programmes.

4. Website Management and Program Collation:
Contribute to the management and maintenance of SNF\'s website and the collation of programme listings.

5. Social Media and Publicity:
Assist in the research and content development for SNF\'s social media platforms, including writing/ editing copy for artwork and related publicity.

Other Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of experience working in the arts, heritage, culture, events management, or a relevant sector.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in social media and/ or website management.

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with government administration, procurement, and finance procedures.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English and at least one of the official languages (Malay, Mandarin, Tamil).

\xc2\xb7 Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently, with a creative and agile mindset.

\xc2\xb7 Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
