Job Description

What the role is:The Finance and Facilities Division (FFD) under the Professional and Corporate Development Group is responsible for the Ministry\'s financial matters, procurement management, grant and general administration. FFD promotes proper stewardship of the Ministry\'s resources by applying best practices across its various functions. The Grant Management Team (GAT) administers grants / funding for MSF-funded social services and programmes, and payments to social assistance clients.What you will be working on:Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Compute and process fund disbursements to SSAs and service providers accurately and in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process applications for Medical Fee Exemption Card. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely renewal and issuance of funding agreements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer funding-related queries from SSAs and service providers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide inputs to MSF Divisions on fund administration for new programme/project or funding reviews of existing programmes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operationalise fund administration for new programme/project or changes after funding review. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare for audits by Auditor-General\'s Office (AGO), MSF Internal Audit Unit (IAU), and external auditors and follow up on audit findings and recommendations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in formulating and reviewing internal processes and systems, for efficient grant administration.
