We are seeking to strengthen our team with creative and adaptive designers who enjoy working in an energetic and proactive studio environment and who are looking for the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a growing company. . Good career growth prospect . Good and friendly working environment : . Design development and production of FF&E packages for tender and construction. . Development of design concepts including material palettes, fabrics, and furniture selections. . Prepare presentation design development drawings, sketch perspectives, elevations, sections, and color boards including 2d renderings. . Prepare documentation for tendering purposes which will include CAD drawings, FF&E specifications. . Coordinate with the lighting designer, and other consultants including owners and contractors. . Site supervision, conduct site inspection, design briefing when required. Requirements: . Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or related discipline . Preferred minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, in a similar capacity . Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision . Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop . Knowledge of furniture/fabrics/lighting elements, construction materials, details, methods, and standards . Experience in the hospitality sector would be an advantage
