Work closely with sales and marketing to support customer evaluations and decision-making (design-in stage)
Provide roadmap/new product/technical update, proof-of-concept (PoC) guidance.
Analyse customer needs and map them to suitable IoT solutions (e.g., sensors, modules, gateways, protocols).
2. Customer Integration Support
Assist customers with hardware and firmware integration:
+ Cellular & non-cellular modules
+ Antenna and RF layout guidance
+ Installation guidance
+ Identify optimal sensor/gateway placements for maximum coverage and reliability
+ Help with embedded software development, including:
+ SDKs, AT commands, or AppZone (usually for cellular modules)
+ Domain-expert in IoT protocols like MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.
+ Basic know-how on cloud connectivity (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, etc.)
3. Testing & Debugging
Help customers debug issues during development and deployment:
+ Connectivity problems (e.g. LTE bands, network issues)
+ Firmware bugs or hardware misconfigurations
+ Certification compliance (e.g., CE, FCC, other RF Certificates) Conduct RF performance validation, device benchmarking, and field testing.
Support customers during product ramp-up stage
Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting
Conduct technical workshops or training for customer teams
PCN update and RMA support
