Job Requirements

Graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Chemistry or related is mandatory. At least 1 year's experience in technical customer support or technical training. Driven by helping others, customer focused and a problem solver. Candidate must be able to converse in Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with our HQ Taiwan Chinese-speaking colleagues Intermediate knowledge of popular OS like Windows 7/10/11, Linux (Ubuntu) Knowledge of C#, SQL or Python is a plus
