We are seeking a highly skilled RF Field Application Engineer (FAE) to collaborate closely with customers, offering expert technical guidance and support in RF-based solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of RF technologies and a strong customer-focused approach to ensure seamless product integration, troubleshooting, and optimization for a variety of applications.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical support and guidance to RF Wireless customers, both pre-sales and post-sales
• Analyze customer requirements, troubleshoot RF applications, and develop solutions such as demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical proposals
• Design and implement RF Wireless systems, assisting in signal chain identification, component selection, and system integration
• Develop reference designs and demo applications to showcase RF Wireless technologies
• Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and training sessions to educate customers on RF Wireless solutions and best practices
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, whitepapers, and application notes
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and engineering teams to influence future RF product development
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, providing technical expertise during product demonstrations and customer engagements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in RF/Microwave electronics engineering applications
• Proficiency in RF Wireless technologies, including Cellular, RF Microwave, Bluetooth (BT), and WLAN
• Solid understanding of RF principles, including circuit design, schematics, layouts, and test result analysis
• Familiarity with RF test equipment (VNAs, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.)
• Prior experience in a customer-facing engineering role is essential
• Strong ability to work alongside Sales & Marketing teams to develop business opportunities
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex hardware and software systems
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer support and technical engagements
