COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our leading global electronics manufacturer and systems integrator client is currently looking for suitable candidates for the Field Application Engineer position.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Integration of applications for customer\'s system
- Fulfill customer\'s requirement include verification of hardware specification, software setting, driver function and sample application program etc.
- Analyze, support, and solve technical issues.
- Duplication of customer\'s technical issue, resolving the problem and eliminate suspicious factors.
- Assisting design of new product
- Confirmation of product specifications and provide suggestions to product divisions.
- Educating and training of products to customers
- RAM service
- Acting RAM role to handle all repairing products and compose monthly report.
- Minimum Diploma in Computing and Engineering.
- Familiar in computer hardware and software architecture and implementation
- Experience in the following fields:
- Industrial PC and PC Control
- Process Instrumentation and Automation area
- HMI and Motion Products
- Digital Signage solution Products (preferred)
- Medical bedside Products (preferred)
- Rugged environment (vibration, dust & water protection) products (preferred)
- Total 3-5 years Field Application Engineer Experience.
- Strong communication capability, passionate to provide service to customer,
