Field Collector (puerto)
Job Description
1. Distributes Collection of notices & follows up payment of overdue accounts;2. Collects payments for loans and trade & additional deposits of members & remits these before going off duty;3. Performs teller services in the absence of teller and updates members' passbooks;4. Delivers urgent stocks to pharmacy branches in assigned areas;5. Travels to remote areas to locate runaway/delinquent members;6. Conducts credit investigation as pre-requisite for approval of loans;7. Delivers minutes of board meetings, as well as invitations for the annual General Assembly;8. Submits to superior acknowledgement receipts, collections and personal logbook of daily trips;9. Maintains confidentiality of credit investigation findings and collection efforts that may shed bad light on members;10. Collects additional deposits of members.11. Attend seminars, trainings and Cooperative outreach programs such as medical missions and tree-planting activities;12. Attends regular staff meetings and Annual General Assembly.13.
