JOB TITLE: FIELD SERVICE TECHICIAN

$3000 - $4000 with relevant working experience. Full Time 5 Day Week: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm AWS, Medical & Dental Benefits, Mobile Allowance Overseas Training Provided

:

Semiconductor Robots installation, calibration and troubleshoot in cleanroom. Service of Autonomous Mobile Robot, Stocker, E-rack, E-84, RFID and etc. Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customer requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, calibration, testing, troubleshooting and modification of Autonomous Mobile Robot, E-rack, Stocker and etc. at customer locations. Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts. Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work. Monitor product performance and report back to management feedback from customer's request. Handle cumer complaints to management to address and prevent future issues. Other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

Candidates with NiTEC/ ITC/ Diploma /Electrical /Electronic Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent educational background. Related experience in equipment installation and maintenance. Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined and strong team player with high integrity. Able to work independently under minimum supervision. Available to work after office hour, on weekends or standby duty if required. * Able to travel overseas within short notice.
