Job Scope:
Commissioning of AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) at workshop or customer sites
Ensure the performance and reliability of AGVs, network and customer site infrastructure.
Provide troubleshooting to resolve issues about AGV
Monitor the health and operations of AGVs and proactively engage to resolve faults to avoid affect customer\'s work operation
Provide technical guidance to customers
Maintain up-to-date records of AGV and site configurations which do not limit to software and hardware configurations
Work closely with internal engineering teams
Handle creation of user manuals, customer guides, FAQs, application notes and best practices.
Ensure strong relationships with all customer representatives
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
Relevant experienced applicant is added advantage
