• How Maximo system is used to manage Preventive/Demand Maintenance and how it is used to locate spare parts.

• How equipment modules are structured and assigned to the equipment.

• How Equipment Spares are managed in Maximo system

• Importance of maintaining a good inventory level against maintenance work performed in plant

• How to generate good data to make data driven decisions

• How to configure PowerBI or equivalent application

• How to use PowerBI for graphical presentation of data

• How to develop a business presentation

• Presentation techniques (e.g. eye contact, non-verbal cues, responding to difficult questions, etc.)

• Presentation in front of an audience with various functional backgrounds.

• Answering questions posed by various personnel with different functional background.
