Solace is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Manager to build and drive demand generation programs and pipeline for the Asia Pacific region. As the Field Marketing Manager, APAC, you will be responsible for delivering the regional marketing plan and creating solid pipeline opportunities for sales while collaborating with other marketing members such as digital & lead gen. This position\'s primary goals are to leverage ABM tools and campaigns, move accounts through our sales cycle effectively, and support sales with all necessary marketing material. You will also lead owned events in the region including thought leadership round tables with a focus on generating new sales opportunities and broadening Solace\xe2\x80\x99s brand mission in the region. You will report to the Regional Field Marketing Director, Asia Pacific as part of a global field marketing team and work closely with the regional sales team and go-to-market partners to expand our local footprint within your geo.

You understand branding, the full funnel marketing metrics (leads, conversion, pipeline, revenue) and can localize the message and campaigns to meet the local market\xe2\x80\x99s needs. You are a strategist and need to be validated by data.

Responsibilities:

Here are what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to regional marketing strategy and develop and implement marketing plans that meet regional sales and business requirements, with particular ownership and accountability for South East Asia & India
  • Align and customize global field marketing and corporate campaigns to fit regional needs
  • Have a deep understanding of the target personas per industry, customer needs, and challenges
  • Support and collaborate with Inside Sales Reps, Customer Success Managers, and Account Manager functions
  • Drive lead generation activities to increase lead conversion rates, leveraging ABM tools.
  • Track lead generation results and communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including Regional and Global Field Marketing Leaders and regional sales leadership and their team(s)
  • Manage pipeline achievement to meet goals.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to develop quarterly plans to build pipeline.
  • Identify tactics/assets that are most impactful for pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage lead progression, including interlock with inside sales team and account managers.
  • Support sales with marketing assets and ensure adoption and participation using related automation tools.
  • Manage all regional digital marketing programs and events from planning to logistics, executions and measurement, along with promotional activities to attract more attendees, lead capture, and proper lead management post-event.
  • Manage budget for approved program execution.
  • Assist with the management of local agencies\' relationships and activities.
  • Support the customer case study process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field(s)
  • Singapore-based with working rights in Singapore
  • Min 5+ years of experience in a regional, B2B field marketing role
  • Bilingual/Trilingual (English and any additional Asian languages)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and best practices in lead-generation programs
  • Have a \xe2\x80\x9cCustomer-first\xe2\x80\x9d approach to program planning
  • Must be a proactive and inclusive team player
  • Extensive experience adopting and implementing global campaigns at a regional level, with a track record of exceptional goal achievement
  • Understanding of the importance of brand consistency across all sales enablement and customer-facing marketing/product marketing output and materials
  • Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce is essential, and knowledge in webinar tools is highly preferred
  • Ability to think outside the box to create memorable, experiential marketing programs highly desirable
  • Experience working with PR agencies and leading regional-focused brand awareness campaigns is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to travel regionally essential, internationally highly desirable
