JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Establish and maintain a highly productive agent network.
2. Execute sales and marketing strategies in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
3. Attend to client concerns.
4. Assist and discourage clients with buy-out intentions.
5. Accompany and assist agents in marketing activities based on the schedule specified in our MR-agent policy.
6. Create effective itinerary and action plans for getting sales leads or prospect clients.
7. Generate necessary reports to track sales performance.
8. Produce monthly market and environmental assessments which significantly affects sales production levels and recommend actions to be taken to maximize opportunities or mitigate risks and threats.
9. Build and maintain good relationships with the community and authorities in the assigned region.
10. Perform other tasks that may be assigned.Job Type: Fixed term
