Summary:

• Involved in all aspects of marketing with a focus on marketing event management and communications. The incumbent should have a good sense of B2B marketing, writing/ communications and project management skills. A highly organized individual who is meticulous, able to manage multiple tasks/ projects efficiently, with the desire to come forward with new ideas and contribute to overall marketing objectives

Job Scope:

• Southeast Asia Marketing Programs, Events/ Campaigns; Activity planning, execution, post event reporting and lead management of marketing tactics
• Corporate Events

• Execution support for Southeast Asia corporate events
• Coordinate SEA requirements for Automation Fair
• Communications

• Develop eDM/ website/ social media communications content, update PR activity tracker Manage partner communications platform
• Develop monthly SEA eNewsletter, localize content for Automation Today (quarterly)
• CapEx Administration & CEC Booking Management

• Manage CapEx orders and asset capitalization tracking
• CEC booking, branding/ material support
• Marketing Administration

• Manage purchase requisition administration process
• Update Event/ Campaign trackers

Requirements:

• Degree in Business/ Marketing/ Communications, or Diploma holders with minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with the Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop
• Immaculate presentation, interpersonal skills and evidence of reliability
• Ability to influence, collaborate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Independent, creative and resourceful and able to work under minimum supervision in a fast-paced team environment

Additional Information:

• Salary - Up to 3.8K per month
• Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable
• Commencement Date: Immediate
• Working days and hours: Mon - Thur: 845am-6pm and Fri: 845am-430pm

• Hybrid and occasional travel to overseas
• Location: Lakeside
