We are on the lookout for a Senior Field Marketing Lead to deliver marketing programs that influence CxOs and senior decision makers of big bet accounts and key deals. Tight alignment with our sales colleagues, deep customer insights and hyper-personalised communications enable us to curate account based and peer to peer conversations to address our customer's top priorities, inspire transformation and growth and showcase the relevance and credential of Salesforce as a trusted partner. Our ASEAN Executive Programs experiences deepen our influence within these accounts to further expand our reach and influence.
Job Scope:
Program Management: In partnership with Director Field Marketing, lead development and end-to-end execution of key marketing programs, tailored to executive audiences across ASEAN.
Problem-Solving: Address complex challenges proactively, bringing together diverse viewpoints to achieve consensus and implementing solutions.
ASEAN-Specific Strategies: Formulate and execute strategies tailored to the ASEAN market, integrating global themes with local nuances. This includes managing event content in key locations across ASEAN and global marketing direction to align with the local cultures for enhanced impact.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Performance Metrics: Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams, ensuring programs are executed seamlessly.
Performance Metrics: Utilise KPIs to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
Prior experience in C Level marketing with a demonstrated ability to project manage and execute successful strategies.
Prior experience in the ASEAN market and B2B marketing is highly desirable.
Content Mastery: A creative thinker capable of engaging diverse C Level audiences with compelling storytelling.
Analytical and Strategic Skills: Strong analytical abilities to evaluate program performance and refine strategies.
Cultural Sensitivity: An in-depth understanding of the cultural diversity within ASEAN and the ability to adapt content and strategies to resonate with different audiences.
Effective Communication: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the talent for articulating strategies and collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders across different departments and countries.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Highly adaptable, with a strong problem-solving approach, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust strategies in a fast-paced environment.
