Job Description


What You\'ll Do:

  • Deliver against the marketing strategy and plan for South APAC with a focus on SEA. Being a team player to partner with country field marketing leads to support additional markets in South APAC if required.
  • Drive the Marketing campaigns, from concept to execution & analysis of results. Focus areas include executing events (online and offline), content marketing via emailers and newsletters, lead/demand generation, digital marketing (organic and paid media), etc.
  • Based on the global content/assets, develop high-quality and hyper-localized content including shortform content (eg emails, landing pages, ad copy, posts for paid and organic social) and longform content (reports, presentations and blog articles). Weave relevant APAC research and local data points into the copy as appropriate to resonate with our target audiences.
  • Deliver business impact and quantitative results. Organize and execute high-touch, high-impact events using both industry sponsorships and owned events to connect with clients and prospects to generate awareness, new business and support existing business.
  • Ensure close relationship with the local Sales team, engaging them in the marketing efforts and integrating them with Criteos sales platform to track effectiveness.
  • Activate cross global/regional programs on a local level, and lead them to contribute to the overall Marketing department success.
  • Become an active member of the APAC and global marketing team, taking cross-marketing responsibilities.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in business/marketing or similar, and 5-7 years of B2B field marketing experience: strong knowledge and marketing experience across South APAC such as South-East Asia, India.
  • True modern marketer with experience leading online and offline programs, having a good understanding of field activations, content and digital marketing. Marketing automation, and mastering the Salesforce is a plus.
  • Communications: Excellent writing and communication skills. English mandatory.
  • Client-Centric: business mindset, putting the client at the center of all marketing actions.
  • Relationship Management: Good sales stakeholder management experience. Excellent vendor/client/partner management. Can work effectively across functions and nationalities.
  • Project Manager: You have the ability to take a project and run with it from concept through to completion within the allocated budget.
  • Independent, Responsible and a Fast Learner: You get things done! Comfortable working with a smaller marketing team where youll need to do a little bit of everything, playing a bit of a generalist role. Ability to move and pivot fast to meet the needs of a high-growth business.
