How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

  • Provide technical service and customer support during field visits
  • Perform onsite installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, testing and verification tasks as provided in work order
  • Recommend customers with solution to resolve and enhance customers’ network and infrastructure
  • Work closely with Sales Team and Post Sales Team to ensure maximum success rate, reduce repeat visits
  • Drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention with superior customer experience
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you:
  • Diploma or higher in related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in field services in business customers space
  • Hands-on and working experience with various common commercial brands of network related hardware (eg. CISCO, Ubiquiti, ASUS, etc)
  • Familiar with fibre network setup
  • Familiar with VOIP, SIP services
  • Familiar with Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solution
  • Self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience
  • Ability to work alone without much supervision
  • Ability to work on standby shift duties (on emergency call service)
