Job Scope:

Assist engineers in developing and improving process technologies, focusing on advanced CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) systems Carry out basic troubleshooting and recipe adjustments during process runs under engineers' guidance Execute assigned process modules, collect measurement and inspection data, and prepare accurate reports for evaluation Coordinate with internal teams and partners on tool usage, process scheduling, and timely data collection Monitor system performance and maintain process parameters to ensure consistent quality and reliability Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 6S and workplace safety standards

Requirements:

Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred Prior experience in process technology areas such as CVD, PVD, or ALD will be an added advantage Strong ability to evaluate situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions Capable of collaborating and communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, to support ongoing engineering or production activities Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
